2: Choose a career that you might be interested in. My choice of area is Multimeadia and Graphics and my choice of career is 2d animation.
3: Research the details of this career. i. Entry training – Education/training To get this job you need to have done courses on animation and have some sort of portfolio that shows your talent.
You also need to have these skills:
• 2D animation using Flash
• 3D animation using Max (Maya users will be considered)
• Sound knowledge of animation history and principles
• Experience producing storyboards and/or animatics
• High level drawing skills
• High level written and verbal communication skills
ii. Where can you complete the entry requirements in Victoria?
You can complete the entry requirements at most uni's. It isn't a specific entry requirement though.
iii. Tasks.
A 2D animators task is to move images around on certain frames to create the illusion of movement.
iv. Employment opportunities.
There aren't too many jobs on 2D animation and most of them require dedication and motivation.
Many of the opportunities are based on your skill.
v. Salary range
The starting salary for animation is around 25,000 -50,00 but can easily exceed this.

A proffesional job in animation would not include anything exept moving objects. Some times you don't even create the images yourself.
